1. EMC testing of HV components

Expansion of the existing LV-testing options to include a HV test site in ALSE4.

Measurement method:

  • BCI immunity – ISO 11452-4
  • Magnetic field immunity – ISO 11452-8, Loop and Helmholtz
2. Vibration test

Additional electrodynamic vibration system for vibration and shock in environmental simulation

4. Process thermostat

Coolant flows through the specimens, can be used for EMC and Environmental Simulation.

  • Temperature range of the coolant: -90° … +320°C for oil
  • Temperature range of the coolant: -40° … +90°C for water-glycol mixtures
5. Electronic load

In conjunction with its control and visualization software, the test system represents a very powerful system of 128 independently controllable electronic loads with continuous monitoring of the test objects. The electrical power emitted by the test objects is not converted into heat, but fed back into the power grid.

  • 128 channels (64 Master + 64 Slave)
  • Individually controllable
  • Total current capacity: 256 A
  • Current load per channel max. 5 A
  • Voltage per channel max. 60 VDC
  • Test power max. 7,7 kW
